smart-gold-sponsor-2For over 26 years, Smart Tuition has maintained a strong and active presence serving Catholic Schools by providing excellent tuition management services and supporting educational leadership conferences.  Smart Tuition recently served as a Gold Sponsor of the 2015 Diocesan Fiscal Management Conference (DFMC) from September 27-29, 2015 at the Hyatt Regency of Atlanta.  Smart Tuition’s sponsorship included support for the closing banquet and recognition awards.

The mission of the DFMC is to provide leadership in fiscal management to Catholic dioceses, churches, and schools.  This year, DFMC included representation from 214 dioceses. The purpose of the conference is to bring together diocesan school accounting software and finance personnel to promote transparency, accountability, and best practices to the serve the local and the national Church.

As a Gold Booth exhibitor, Smart Tuition hosted many diocesan financial leaders who appreciate or wanted to learn more about Smart Tuition services of tuition management, financial aid software for needs assessment, and payment and donation portals.  A representative from the Diocese of Brooklyn stopped by the booth to show their gratitude for the Smart blanket giveaway.  Several diocesan leaders were also able to joinSmart for an Atlanta Braves baseball game.  It was a fun opportunity to celebrate a great year in serving Catholic schools and families with excellent fiscal management leadership.
